from this wonderful family. i truely love my aunt darla, uncle mike and their beautiful kids addy, bria, and dawson. and i just love taking pictures of them. here’s a few from last weekend at the park and the pumpkin patch. addy and bria actually were our very first shoot ever a year ago in this same pumpkin patch. this past year has flown by! can you believe it’s almost november???
enjoy
!
addy and her big beautiful eyes:

bria, she’s just a little ball of spunk and personality
:

and the adorable little brother dawson. hasn’t he grown! (yes, this is the same baby as the baby pics we posted a few months back):

and the last one, such a sweet moment of dawson and his big sister:

hope everyone had a great weekend. we spent another heart-stopping, blood-pressure raising, hair-wringing, exciting night in tiger stadium last night cheering our tigers to victory against auburn. it’s a great time to be an LSU fan

we had another wonderful senior shoot last weekend. haley is such an easy-going fun person to take pictures of, she made our job so easy. we’re posting a lot of pictures, so get comfortable
.
we had perfect light! seriously, the sun couldn’t have been more kind to us
and we of course had to take pictures of her cute toy yorkie “Gucci Girl”. i love this picture with the “toys” sign above them
haley’s mom had the great idea of getting haley to climb a tree for some pictures. at first i was worried about liability, but it was worth it in the end because no one got hurt and we got some great pictures out of it.
we should have some more senior shoots coming up soon, so stay posted. till then, everyone have a great week!

this past weekend we had two senior sessions, one of which we took “couple” pictures. those pictures and the pictures from our second shoot will be up shortly. but for now, here are some pics from our first shoot. we had a good time with daniel, and he was so easy to photograph as you can see in the below photographs. enjoy
!
we had a great time this weekend watching our tigers beat down on a top 10 team on national television. the stadium crowd was as loud and electric as ever, and you could not ask for a better performance from a football team. this year is going to be special for lsu. i know its still too early in the season to be thinking about national championship, but if lsu plays every game like they did saturday night, then they will be unbeatable this season! looking forward to a great season!
here are some pics from this weekend from miranda’s “point and shoot” camera (a football game just isn’t a place you want to bring $1000+ camera equipment too)
death valley (tiger stadium) – the best place to be on a saturday night:

les miles, head football coach:

and here are some pics from my iphone. i’m very impressed with the quality of the camera in the phone

what other camera phone and capture such wonderful sunflare as this picture shows?

we’ll be going down this weekend as well for the game, and the next two weekends we have senior shoots. i’m so ready for cooler, fall weather. these 90+ degree “dog days” of summer are just about over.
have a great week!

to see the tigers play in the first home game of the season, and i couldn’t be more happy about going. lsu (#2 in the nation) is playing #9 ranked virginia tech on national tv. ESPN’s gameday is even going to be on location at tiger stadium to broadcast this game of the week. Can’t wait!!!
we’re going to next week’s game too against middle tenn. state, but we also have a shoot that weekend and shoots the next two weekends following that, so we have plenty of pictures coming up to share.
and because posts are boring without any pictures, here are a couple of photos taken from lsusports.net:
enjoy your weekend (i know i will
)!

last night we went out around town just taking pictures for the fun of it (i’ll post some “town” pictures later this week). miranda wanted some new pics for an “all about me” scrapbook that she’s working on, and i was more than happy to oblige. we went to different areas around town that we don’t usually go to for pictures, so it was fun to try out some new shoot locations. here are a few of my favorites…
miranda with her favorite color:
i just loved this toys sign and i thought a jumping pic would be perfect for a playful, fun picture:
and some more…
everyone have a good labor day holiday!
